8 February 2010; Ireland has a new national daily newspaper with the launch of the The Irish Racing Post. It will combine the best of the UK edition of the Racing Post, long considered 'the bible' by racing and sports betting enthusiasts, with extensive additional content for Irish readers only. As well as unrivalled day-to-day coverage of horseracing, The Irish Racing Post will carry separate weekly supplements covering bloodstock, point-to-pointing and GAA.
