The High Court has ruled against Thomas Davis GAA club in the Judical Review of Tallaght Stadium. Thomas Davis had attempted to force the South Dublin County Council to fundementally alter plans to the stadium, decreasing the capacity in order to accomodate a senior GAA pitch.
