14 December 2007; A planning application notice outside Shamrock Rovers' uncompleted stadium in Tallaght. The High Court has ruled against Thomas Davis GAA club in the Judical Review of Tallaght Stadium. Thomas Davis had attempted to force the South Dublin County Council to fundementally alter plans to the stadium, decreasing the capacity in order to accomodate a senior GAA pitch. The case, brought by Thomas Davis, has delayed the completion of the stadium by two years as legal wranglings over the stadium have held up work. Tallaght, Dublin.
