Describe what is happening in the picture? Ireland out-half Jonathan Sexton is practicing his field position kicking near the end of a squad training session.
What makes this picture special? It’s very graphic for starters. It shows the shape of the kicker against a very unusual backdrop. Usually this type of picture comes with a backdrop of a stadium and the fact that the backdrop is against snow covered mountains makes it very unusual. And with Johnny Sexton likely to be Ireland’s no.1 out-half for a few years to come, it’s a nice photograph to have from his first World Cup and is highly unlikely to be replicated any time soon.
