Jersey presentation to the Arab Irish Chamber
4 August 2021; The Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce has been announced as a jersey sponsor for the GAA Middle East. The Chamber promotes commercial relations between Ireland and the Arab world and CEO, Ahmad Younis was today presented with a GAA ME jersey, in recognition of his support for GAA in the region. From Dubai to Qatar, Saudi Arabia to Kuwait, the reach of the GAA in the Middle East is going from strength to strength. And, with 15 clubs and more than 1,600 Irish ex pats involved in Gaelic games in the region since 2013, the Middle East GAA unit is the fastest-growing unit worldwide.
