Hurling for Cancer Research
14 August 2018; Champion National Hunt trainer Willie Mullins, acting as umpire, attempts to call Hawk-Eye during the seventh annual Hurling for Cancer Research game, a celebrity hurling match in aid of the Irish Cancer Society at St Conleth’s Park, in Newbridge. The event, organised by legendary racehorse trainer Jim Bolger and National Hunt jockey Davy Russell, has raised €700,000 to date to fund the Irish Cancer Society’s innovative cancer research projects.
