Malahide Tennis Club Prepares to Re-open
15 May 2020; Tennis racquets and tennis balls at Malahide Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Dublin as it prepares to re-open as one of the first sports allowed to resume having followed previous directives from the Irish Government on suspending all tennis activity in an effort to contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Tennis clubs in the Republic of Ireland can resume activity from May 18th under the Irish government’s Roadmap for Reopening of Society and Business once they follow the protocol published by Tennis Ireland. The protocol sets out safe measures for tennis to return in a phased manner. Photo by Brendan Moran/Sportsfile
