GAA Clubs Prepare for relaxing of COVID-19 Restrictions
5 June 2020; A general view outside Ardclough GAA in Kildare as GAA clubs prepare for the relaxation of restrictions under Phase 2 of the Irish Government’s Roadmap for Reopening of Society and Business which call for strict protocols of social distancing and hand sanitisation among others measures allowing sections of society to return in a phased manner in an effort to contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). GAA facilities are to open on Monday June 8 for the first time since March 25 but for recreational walking only and team training or matches are not permitted at this time.
