eBay and Rehab Charity Sporting Memorabilia Auction Photocall
20 October 2008; Rehab has teamed up with some of Ireland’s most prominent sporting figures in a unique fundraising initiative ahead of the Dublin City Marathon on Monday, 27th October, in which former Ireland and Leinster star, Eric Miller will be representing Rehab. The fundraising initiative will see the online auction on eBay of exclusive sporting memorabilia, donated by sporting stars like Leinster’s Felipe Contepomi and Rob Kearney, Kilkenny legend, Brian Cody and the Munster Rugby team. Sports fans can log onto www.ebay.ie to bid for items such as Felipe Contepomi’s signed Leinster Jersey, Rob Kearney’s signed boots worn on his Leinster debut, Brian Cody’s trademark peaked cap, which he wore when Kilkenny won their historic three in a row, a Munster jersey signed by the team and much more. The auction will run from Monday, 20th October, with the bids closing on Saturday on October 25th.
