30 September 2005; The Guinness Hurling Legends Team was unveiled at a gala awards ceremony in the Guinness Storehouse. Pictured is Cork captain Seán Óg O'hAilpín, who was one of the most voted for players in the entire 75 player short-list. A short-list of 75 players was selected by a panel of GAA media back early June, and voting opened up to the public through a website, www.guinnesshurling.ie on Sunday 26th June, the day of the Munster Final.
