19 June 2008; Lucozade Sport, the country's leading sports drink, released the results of its nationwide League of Ireland Supporters' Poll which was conducted at all Premier Division grounds earlier this year. The Supporters Poll, which is the first specific League of Ireland poll of this scale to directly engage with supporters on match day, surveyed over 600 fans and has yielded some intriguing results. At a photocall at Dalymount Park, which was voted the best stadium in the League, are League of Ireland legend Mick Leech, right, who was recognized by supporters around the country as the greates League of Ireland player or all time, and St. Patrick's Athletic's Keith Fahey, who was named the player that opposing fans would like to sign for their club.
