Part of the FAI Football For All development 30 May 2009; Sporting Fingal and Fingal County Council announce the launch of the Sporting Fingal Power Soccer Team. Part of the FAI Football For All development campaign, Power Soccer is open to all anyone with an electrically powered wheelchair of all ages, both men and women. The FAI, through the local sports partnerships, are taking registrations with a view to setting up Provincial and National competitions.
