triAthlone Triathlon

12 July 2008; Eventual winner of the Men's Elite Race Vincent Luis, France, after passing through the transition zone between the swimming and cycling discipline at the triAthlone event. Over 1,500 competitors took part in the third running of triAthlone sponsored by Waterways Ireland. triAthlone will host the European Triathlon Championships in 2010, the first time the event has ever been held in Ireland.
