13 September 2008; Ireland's Cathal Miller, after he was forced to pull out of the Men's Road Race - LC1 / 2 / CP4 over a distance of 72.6km. Miller's race was ended by a punctured back tyre on the 3rd lap as he was sitting comfortably in the leading pack.
