Team Ireland return from European Youth Olympic Festival in Hungary
30 July 2017; Team Ireland arrive at Dublin Airport with 6 medals following competition at the 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival, EYOF, in Gyor, Hungary. The multi-sport event saw 40 Irish athletes, aged 14-16, compete against the best youth athletes in Europe. The six sports represented by Ireland were Athletics, Cycling, Swimming, Judo, Tennis and Gymnastics. Pictured is Team Ireland's medal winners, from left, Patience Jumbo Gula, from Dundalk, Co.
