21 December 2017; The annual migration home for Christmas is now in full swing, with passenger arrivals in Dublin airport increasing each day right up until Saturday 23rd December. It’s a very emotional and joyous occasion for families, separated by distance throughout the year but reuniting in the Arrivals hall in Dublin Airport to celebrate Christmas. OCS Ireland will be there on the ground over the entire holiday period. Assisting passengers through its Reduced Mobility Service (PRM) thus allowing the passengers to saviour the occasion and the joy of coming home for Christmas. In 2017 OCS assisted in excess of 290,000 passengers. The specially trained Care Agents will ensure a safe journey through the airport this Christmas for passengers who require assistance of any kind with the few to reducing fear and anxiety while navigating the airport.
