8 May 2018; Sky Sports today announced its GAA fixtures for the 2018 Championship from an event in Parnells GAA Club. A total of 20 live, and 14 exclusive, fixtures of Championship action will be available on Sky’s multi-platform offering. Exclusive coverage gets underway with a mouth-watering double-header on June 2nd when 2017 All Ireland Hurling Champions Galway take on Wexford and Cork take on old rivals Limerick in what are bound to be hotly contested fixtures. Kilkenny’s eight-time All-Ireland winner and three-time All Star, Michael Fennelly, will join a stellar line-up of GAA legends for Sky Sports' most exciting season of GAA coverage to date. This year will once again see insight and analysis across both codes from Tyrone hero Peter Canavan, former Mayo manager James Horan, former Donegal manager Jim McGuinness, former Dublin GAA star Senan Connell, Clare’s two-time All-Ireland champion Jamesie O’Connor, Kilkenny’s nine-time All-Ireland winner JJ Delaney and four-time All-Star defender Ollie Canning. Lead commentary will come from Dave McIntyre and Mike Finnerty with co-commentary from Nicky English, new addition Mick Fennelly, Dick Clerkin and Paul Earley, and sideline reporting from Damian Lawlor. Speaking at the launch at Parnells GAA Club, Dublin is Georgie Faulkner, Head of Muti-Sport, Sky Sports. Photo by Brendan Moran/Sportsfile
