10 February 2020; The Women’s Gaelic Players Association, WGPA, presented 55 third-level scholarships. The awards were made to intercounty Camogie and Ladies Football players from 37 squads attending 18 different colleges. The scholarship scheme recognises the efforts of WGPA members in pursuing their dual career, supporting them to reach their potential both as students and athletes. WGPA awards are supported by ICON, PLC and Irish American Partnership.
