11 November 2023; ; Jim Keogh and Sue Keogh, parents of Olympian Aifric Keogh, are presented with the Allianz Women in Olympic Sport Award on her behalf by Allianz Ireland chief executive Phillip Gronemeyer at the Team Ireland Olympic Ball at the Mansion House in Dublin. The event was a joint celebration of the brilliant performances of Team Ireland athletes at the European Games this summer, as well as the announcement of the winners of the Olympic Federation of Ireland Annual Awards. The event was attended by the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, Catherine Martin TD, Minister of State for Sport and Physical Education, Thomas Byrne TD, Olympic medallists, European Games athletes, Team Ireland Sponsors and Partners, Sport Ireland and the wider Olympic family.
