Ladies Gaelic Football Association and the Irish Cancer Society announce their partnership for 40th TG4 All-Ireland Championship
8 August 2013; The Ladies Gaelic Football Association and the Irish Cancer Society announced their partnership for the 40th TG4 All-Ireland Championship. The two organisations will join forces to help raise much needed funds for the Irish Cancer Society and raise awareness of the work of the Cancer Society and especially ‘Action Breast Cancer’. At the All Ireland Final on September 29th specially designed bandanas will be on sale throughout Croke Park with the proceeds going straight to the Irish Cancer Society. A new world record will also be set on the day for ‘Most People Wearing Bandanas in one Place.
