GAA President's Awards 2014
14 March 2014; Máire Ní Cheallaigh, Raheny, Dublin, is presented with her GAA President's Awards for 2014 award by Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Liam Ó Néill. Máire was born into a dedicated GAA family – her father won an All-Ireland media in 1953 with Kerry and after playing camogie with UCD she was elected as Cathaoirleach of the club. She has also served on the Comhairle Committee liaising with clubs and currently is the Camogie representative on the national Féile Committee, Cathaoirleach of the Volunteer Committee and Cathaoirleach of the Leinster Coiste Cultúr agus Gaeilge.
