LauraLynn gets a visit from Leinster Rugby
13 December 2014; Leinster Rugby players have called on fans to pick up a blue LauraLynn Santa Hat for this Friday’s match against Connacht (RDS kick off 7:35pm) and raise much needed funds for Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice, LauraLynn. Kane Douglas, James Tracy and Richardt Strauss called in to LauraLynn to visit children, families and staff and met with some of the children with life limiting conditions, to see first-hand the difference the money raised will make, including Taylor Rose Russell. LauraLynn is Ireland’s only children’s hospice and are one of the charity partners for Leinster Rugby for the season. At the game, LauraLynn will be selling blue Santa hats with all proceeds going to LauraLynn and supporters will also be asked to show their support by texting LAURALYNN to 50300 to make a €4 donation this Christmas. Anyone wishing to learn more about the partnership can visit www.leinsterrugby.ie/charitypartners or check out www.lauralynn.ie. Picture credit: Ramsey Cardy / SPORTSFILE
