31 October 2001; The Irish Rugby Football Union and Kellogg's Frosties have teamed up to launch Frosties Youth Development Programme, a new and exciting partnership aimed at introducing new recruits to the game. The project imbraces the involvement of 76 employed Youth Development Officers liasing with a potential 430 schools around Ireland in a 26 week programme, from Sept to Easter, with the aim of introducing to the game of rugby, schoolchildren from the age group of under 8's to 15 years.
